A: We are a Dutch company based in Amsterdam.

Q: Where to find Furniteam’s products?

A: You can find our latest furniture collection and home accessories in our web shop www.furniteam.com.

Q: Must I register an account when I want to buy your products?

A: For private customers it is not compulsory to set up an account prior to placing an order in our shop. A registered account however, makes it easier for you to follow, track and view your order history. For business customers it’s required to fill our contact form at our B2B online platform.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: You can pay by iDeal, Paypal, Visa or Master Card in our web shop.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to all countries within EU and to Switzerland.

Q: How do you deliver the order?

A: Our products are delivered using PostNL and DPD.

Q: Do you charge for the deliveries?

A: Yes. For deliveries within Holland with an order value above 100EUR, delivery is free.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: within 3-5 days for Holland and 7-10 days to other EU countries and Switzerland.
